Use this form when you wish to make a Will in favour of your Spouse/Partner/Defacto

Part A: Client Details
Part B1: Executors Details

The Executor is the person who will manage your Estate. The Executor should be over 18 years. Should be at least 18 years.

Example - wife, husband, partner, defacto, mother, father etc.

Part B2: Alternate Executor

In case your Executor predeceases you or is unable to act, it is preferable to appoint an Alternate Executor.

Example - mother, father, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, friend etc.

Part C: Bequests
Part D: Guardian of any minor children

If my Spouse/Partner predeceases me I appoint as guardian of my children during their minority

Example - wife, husband, partner, mother, father etc.
